Windjam were a staple of the lounge/bar scene in the mid 1970's, playing a folky blend of country, blues and rock. Or maybe a bluesy blend of folk, rock and country? Good thing we found this clipping that confirms it's a blend of "blues, rock and country rock."
And though he doesn't appear to play on this LP, that's former Gainsborough Gallery keybaordist Tim McHugh sitting in with the band when they opened for Long John Baldry at the Refinery in 1976.
