Chixdiggit - Live At The Horseshoe

We're going to gleefully steal a post from another blog (which MAY be a sign that someone around the CCPS office is getting lazy). Partly because we like to make our archives are as complete as possible, but mostly because... well, we're suckers for Chixdiggit.

This post comes courtesy of the excellent Teenage Dogs in Trouble, and it looks like this was posted almost five years ago. The set itself was allegedly broadcast on CBC's Saturday night Just Concerts, somewhere around the year 2000. It's a great sounding set that hits a lot of, er, hits. It opens with "Where's Your Mom" and closes with "I Wanna Hump You." Listening to this, we feel like a ridiculous 21-year old again.

Grab the file from Teenage Dogs in Trouble.

So you say they're from Calgary; but did you know Calgary street punk acts are often manufactured, prefabs; process demos provided to a private business; assembling groups similar to Sex Pistols; allegations exist that Kidz; No Copies Left may be the only actual true straight edge hardcore punk band of Alberta history to be formed successfully, performing events, credible as punk while Calgary is practicing protocols of Zion, to benefit Jewry - Shulchan Aruch
